1. Who we are

Global Care Blood Centre (A Unit of GCT Charitable Trust (R)) is a non-profit blood centre in Bengaluru, licensed by the Drug Controller, Govt. of Karnataka under licence number BBF28C2026KA000018. Our address is #36/28, Ground Floor, Cross, Mamthunagar Main Road, Below SBI Bank, Bengaluru – 560044.

2. What this website collects

This website does not collect anything about you automatically. It is a set of static pages. We run no analytics, no advertising or tracking pixels, and no third-party scripts. We do not set cookies, and nothing is stored in your browser.

There are no forms on this site. Every action here is a phone or WhatsApp link, so you contact us directly and share only what you choose to tell us.

3. Information you give us

When you call, message, walk in, or register as a donor, we collect what is needed to provide the service and to meet our obligations as a licensed blood centre — typically your name, contact number, age, and the health-screening information required before donation.

Donor health and screening records are held in our own records at the centre as required by blood-banking regulation. They are not published on this website and are not uploaded to it.

4. How we use it

To carry out donor screening, collection, and follow-up.
To issue blood or components to patients and hospitals.
To contact you about your donation, your results where relevant, or an urgent requirement matching your blood group.
To keep the records that the Drug Controller, Govt. of Karnataka requires us to keep.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for marketing. We disclose it only where a law, a court, or the licensing authority requires it, or where it is necessary for a patient’s clinical care.

5. Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to erase it where we are not required to retain it, and withdraw consent you have previously given.

To make any of these requests, call us on 81 05 143 163 or visit the centre. We may need to verify your identity before acting, because donor records are sensitive.

6. Keeping it safe

Access to donor records is limited to authorised staff at the centre. This website is served over HTTPS. Because we hold no visitor data online, there is no website database that could be breached.

7. Children

Blood donation at our centre is for people aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information about children through this website.

8. Changes and contact
