Your voluntary donation gives someone a second chance. Here's everything you need to know before you walk through our doors.

What to Expect
From arrival to refreshments, the entire process takes about 45 minutes. Here's every step.

1. Registration
Fill a brief health questionnaire and provide your ID. Takes about 5 minutes.
2. Health Screening
Our medical staff checks your blood pressure, hemoglobin, pulse, and temperature. A few drops of blood are taken from your finger for a quick test.
3. Donation
You'll rest comfortably as about 350–450 mL of blood is collected using sterile, single-use equipment. The actual collection takes 8–10 minutes.
4. Refreshments
After donation, enjoy light refreshments and rest for 10–15 minutes while your body begins replenishing fluids.
5. Done
You're ready to go. Avoid heavy lifting for the rest of the day, drink extra fluids, and feel great knowing you just saved up to three lives.
Benefits
Why Donate Blood?
Beyond saving lives, regular donation offers wellness benefits backed by medical research. All donations at our centre are voluntary — we never solicit paid donation.
Cardiovascular Wellness
Studies have associated regular blood donation with improved cardiovascular health. Donating may help maintain healthy blood viscosity and circulation.
Free Health Screening
Every donor receives a complimentary mini health check: blood pressure, hemoglobin, pulse, and temperature. Early detection saves lives.
Iron Level Regulation
Regular donation helps maintain healthy iron levels in the body. Balanced iron stores support overall metabolic health.
Mental Well-being
Donating blood creates a powerful sense of purpose. Knowing your donation can save up to three lives boosts emotional health and reduces stress.
Safe & Hygienic
Our facility uses sterile, single-use equipment for every donation. The process is monitored by trained medical staff from start to finish.
